One-to-One sessions are perfect for you if you would like a Pilates programme tailored for you as an individual.  An initial consultation will include a Postural Assessment.

These sessions can be useful in correcting postural distortion and muscular imbalance using the latest corrective strategies, self myofascial release, stretching and strength exercises relevant to posture correction.
Bookings can be taken to fit within the following times:

Monday                6.30pm  to  8.00pm
Wednesday         9.30am, and 12.30pm to 3.00pm
Friday                   9.30am to 3.00pm
