CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BEGINNERS (max 6)
Suitable for the complete novice. Pilates principles are introduced and reinforced throughout this course.
BEGINNERS - PROGRESSIVE (max 15)
Suitable for beginners and those who have been doing pilates for 12 weeks or more, and involves small equipment including bands, rings, rollers and small pilates balls.
PROGRESSIVE - INTERMEDIATE (max 15)
Suitable for clients who have a good degree of experience with pilates based exercises.
BACK CARE (max 6)
Aimed at clients with chronic low back pain.
SMALL GROUP (max 6)
Small classes can be tailored to the group and allow for more individual attention.
PRE NATAL
Modified pilates to allow the mum-to-be to exercise safely and effectively throughout pregnancy.
POST NATAL
Suitable for new mums from their 6 week post natal checkup onwards. New mums and their babies up to crawling age are welcome.
